Brand New Blog!

Wow! A brand new blog...I am so excited! I guess my challenge from this point will be to give up my obsessive nature to proof everything I write and just enjoy this. I gave the blog the title of Agapetos Ministries because it is the title of my personal ministry. The verse listed after the title (Ephesians 5:1-2) is what I use to explain the name. Agapetos is a greek word for a type of love. In Ephesians we are called God's dearly "loved" (agapetos) children. This word for love is the same word He used when Jesus was baptised and God spoke over His Son saying "this is my Son whom I love". It blows me away to think that as God's daughter I am loved by a holy God, just as He loves Christ, despite my yucky sinfulness. You know, if you have placed your faith in Jesus as your Savior, you are loved that way too! How exciting is that? Well, to begin this blog I am going to post a couple of things I had blogged on another site a while back. I still like them and enjoy reading them because they bring back happy memories. This is all fun : )
